Spring is here!

Spring is here!
The snowdrops have come and gone, primroses from previous years have come back and I've planted lots of pretty things that are thriving in pots by the house door.
It's spring in my sewing studio too and I have lots of new decorative heart ornament sets and garlands available in both my etsy and dawanda shop.Lots of pastel turquoise, pink, gingham and retro florals, so perfect for this time of year!

Spring starts with a birthday in our house. For my youngest son's 9th birthday in March I made him this very decadent ricotta and whipped cream torte with candies and chocolate cream "kisses", he loved it! A recipe and a video for this cake (in German!) is here!
Adorable little bunnies with fluffy tails have also appeared in my studio and looking forward to going to their new homes!
They are the perfect match for my cute hand-made tote bags for girls.

Who can resist all these lovely colors? In the fall we planted a hundred or more bulbs in our lawn, which is more like a meadow, and now all the little spring flowers are popping up and looking so festive.I don't think flowers must be confined to the flower bed but should just be everywhere!
I hope you are enjoying lovely spring days
(or fall, if you're on the other side of the world!)
